As soon as I am recruited, my manager will contact me by e-mail:

  • Provide the following documents:

- National identity card / Passport
- Copy of the family record book
- A bank details form
- A copy of my health insurance card
- Proof of address (less than 3 months old)
- A copy of my diplomas
- Any element relating to my previous professional situation (appointment decree, the last step promotion decree, the first tenure decree, CCP, etc.)
- Information sheet

Depending on your situation
- A copy of the military status certificate

For workers of foreign nationality :

- A copy of the residence permit and work permit
- An extract of the birth certificate translated into French

I am contacted by my manager once to validate the terms of my contract and sign it, and then a second time to take possession of my copy signed by the Management.

On the day of my arrival at the University, I have to :

- a copy of your identity card
- a copy of the agreement or my contract
  •  I create my timetable on my ENT
