Activities

Supporting people and services in the prevention and resolution of complex situations

  • Individual accompaniment: places where people can listen to situations of unease
  • Collective accompaniment: mediation between people wishing to overcome a conflict situation
  • Financial assistance: aid for children's holidays, aid for children's illness and disability, moving house, birth and retirement gifts, exceptional aid and loans, etc.
  • Support for staff with disabilities: adaptation of workstations and work organisation (teleworking, time management, etc.)
  • Coordination of preventive medicine (appointments and recommendations)
  • Support for better living together: promotion of equality, inclusion of diversity, fight against discrimination, prevention of RPS and sexual and gender-based violence

Listening unit

- Analysis, understanding and search for solutions for situations of conflict or malaise at work (relational difficulties, harassment, discrimination, etc.)
Appointments by mail or telephone on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, one Tuesday per month on the Agroparc campus

Prevention doctors

- Mandatory visit: 5 years (general case), or every 1-2 years for staff subject to specific risks
- On your own initiative: make an appointment, as often as necessary
